Saagar began as a solo project of Saagar den Rode in 2010 from Argentina. More agressive, hatefully and spiritually more meaningfull, this is a key factor for Saagar, the music is a self expression of something that lives beyond the human itself. It is a channeling of the darkest energy and wisdom coming from the studies through occultism and esoteric sources. So Saagar evolved into a ritualistic esoteric black metal project. The result of that process is  "Interitum Universalis" an album that was conceived in the middle of a spiritual learning. Lyrical & musically is highly influenced by Dissection, Watain, Gorgoroth, Behemoth and other luciferanian acts with strong lyrics & powerfull music without neglecting the atmospheric and dark ambience

Experiments in the field of black metal/drone/ritual ambient/noise/psychedelia.

"When looking from great distance everything is connected. But it's also hard to stay focused.
This material was recorded during one intense session in August 2012. Fully improvised and spontaneous, as most of EDASI works. While mixing, it seemed that it has some special and different quality, that hasn't quite been so strong on previous EDASI blackened psych sessions.
There has always been this free fusion side to everything that EDASI has done (because before EDASI I had experimental prog group for ten years and this has permanently changed my approach to music) , but the question was how to combine it with ritualistic black atmosphere, which is the main goal for EDASI.
Well, it just happened. The harmonies, the floating and ever changing rhythm patterns - it all suddenly started to remind me what I have experienced during listening, for example, Pharoah Sanders or Sun Ra. And I hope this isn't just me. I hope that at least somebody somewhere understands it."
